Here’s a fruit smoothie I batched up in the blender. No sugar added!
Ingredients:
1 Banana
Handful of dice papaya (large dices)
3 or 4 Clementines (juice)
Water
Juice the Clementines to take the pulp (if you prefer the pulp since most of the nutrients come from it then that’ll be fine). Blend the papaya, banana, clementine juice, and water until a smooth consistency is reached.
Hope you enjoy!

Ok so I lied about the pictures. I promise this is the LAST set. But seriously, how delish are these peruvian platters? Be very jealous.

The Shake Shack
Holga
120 mm film
This is the famous Shake Shack in New York City. I went this summer with my friend Lindsay and we had a blast. The line was extremely long and I couldn’t fathom why people would wait so long for this tiny (it was a small building in the middle of a park) food joint. But let me tell you the burgers and shakes were divine! Absolutely delicious and the wait was worth it. I took this picture as people were waiting.

I woke up this morning with the desire to listen to some Bossa Nova and some Samba, thank you Pandora for making this possible! Now I’ll be making the classic pancakes and eggs along with fresh strawberries and pineapple. I love mornings like these, good music and good food - best combination ever!Good Morning everyone!

…I am now learning the hard way that I am allergic to pears.
I call mysef being healthy today, and instead of rushing for the chips and pretzels for my after school snack, I decided to grab a pear from the fridge. I happily consumed the fruit while watching my favorite movie and sipping an Arizona Arnold Palmer. Approximately five minutes after finishing the pear, I notice that my gums are insanely itchy. They were irritating the hell out of me and and began to feel numb along with my lips! Consequently, the back of my throat started itching furiously, and It felt like it was swelling. Paranoid that I would choke to death and hafto perform a self tracheostomy, I attempted to soothe the pain by downing a glass of water. What instead happened was a fierce internal pain that seemed to follow the track of my esophagus. I keeled over in a surrender (after Tweeting about my epic battle for survival), grasping my chest and just waited for the pain to subside. Now, 30 minutes later, I am still alive. I am beginning to be able to feel my lips again and the irritation in my throat and gums are minimal.
Safe to say, that is the LAST FUCKING PEAR I EVER EAT.
