Another post for today! I turned a blue dress that I had into a top with a sweetheart neckline.

I’m having TOO much fun with Photobucket(lol)! Oh well I can’t help it, but it’s nothing compared to my beloved Photoshop. Anyways my hair is growing guys! I can’t wait to see how long it’ll get by the end of this year.

I was scrolling down CurlyNikki.com for hair inspiration last night and I came across this awesome twist out style for transitioning naturalistas.
Click HERE for the video tutorial.
I did exactly what the girl did in the video, I just used different products. I put in Carol’s Daughter Hair Balm, Leave-In Spray Conditioner, and the Hair Honey cream for shine. I also added Garnier Curl Scrunch on the twists, it does a great job of maintaining the hold.
I divided my hair into four sections before applying, then I individually twisted small sections of hair. Then I rolled the twists with flexi rods in the front and rollers in the back.
I am in looooveeee with the results! It’s so big and bouncy and fun to play with lol. And it really blends my natural hair with the permed ends. To protect it when I go to sleep, I’m going to bring the curls together into a few chunky twists and stuff it all in a satin bonnet.
I’m planning on keeping this up for the week to hold me until I get my sew-in this weekend. Stay tuned for updates!!

This is exactly the length my hair will be when I cut my relaxed hair.
